Coverage

Our warranty covers any issues or faults that are not documented in the product description and occur within the warranty period. The warranty period begins the day the product arrives at the customer's address.

Guaranteed

Fully functional items with a 3-month warranty for your peace of mind.

🍃 Green Deal

Products with minor defects, still functional. 30-day warranty. By buying Green Deal items, you're saving vintage gear from being discarded and giving it a new life!

Exclusions

  • Minor defects (such as those described in the product description) are excluded from the warranty.
  • Damage caused by the customer is also excluded, including:
    • Repairs or services performed by anyone other than us
    • Mishandling or accidental damage caused by lack of care
    • Intentional damage to the product

Warranty Process

  1. To start the warranty process, you must contact us within 15 days of the issue occurring.

    • Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us at their own expense.
    • Once the product is repaired, we will cover the cost of returning it to the customer.
  3. Repair timeline:
    • We will make efforts to repair the product within 30 days of its return. If a repair is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Warranty coverage is available only to customers within the European Union.
