Eligibility

Who can return and when?

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered — unused, unmodified, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Returns that don't meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal. If you're unsure, contact me before sending anything back.

How to return

Step-by-step return process

Follow these steps in order. Please don't ship anything until your return has been approved — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

01 Contact me within 30 days — email info@oldcamsbyjens.com or use the live chat. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
02 Wait for approval — once your return is accepted, you'll receive the return address and shipping instructions. Do not send anything before this step.
03 Pack and ship securely — use a trackable shipping method. Include a note with your order number inside the package to help identify your return quickly.
04 Refund issued — once I receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Always use a trackable shipping method. Items returned without prior approval or tracking may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel, contact me as soon as possible after placing your order via live chat or email. Orders that haven't shipped yet can be cancelled free of charge with a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives — at your own shipping cost — as long as it meets the eligibility conditions above.

Refunds

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. I process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your package.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund — this is outside my control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email info@oldcamsbyjens.com.

EU legal rights

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer law.

Same conditions apply — the item must be returned unused, unmodified, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

This EU right is in addition to the 30-day return window offered by OldCamsByJens — whichever is more favourable to you applies.
