3-month warranty on every item

Every camera and device is guaranteed to be free from defects not mentioned in the product description for from the delivery date. If something goes wrong, you are not on your own.

What this warranty means for you

3-month coverage

Full warranty for 90 days from delivery. Mechanical and electronic faults not mentioned in the listing are fully covered.

Repair or replace

I will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If neither is possible, a full refund or store credit is offered.

Free return shipping

EU customers: return shipping is covered in the first 30 days. After repair or replacement, return shipping is always covered.

What is and isn't covered

This warranty covers mechanical and electronic faults that occur within the warranty period, provided they are not the result of misuse or accidental damage.

Covered: mechanical or electronic faults not present at the time of sale and not caused by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, water, sand, or improper handling.
Faults resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
Cosmetic wear such as scratches, paint loss, small dents, or brassing.
Defects that were clearly described in the original product listing.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty lasts for 3 months (90 days), starting on the delivery date as confirmed by tracking information. The warranty period is the same for all customers, regardless of location.

Filing a warranty claim

Please follow these steps in order. Do not ship the item back until you have received confirmation and return instructions.

01 Contact me first — email info@oldcamsbyjens.com or use the live chat. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible.
02 Wait for confirmation — do not ship the item until you receive return instructions with the correct address and any customs guidance if applicable.
03 Ship the item securely — once confirmed, pack the item well and ship it using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.

What happens after I receive the item?

Once the item is received and inspected, one of the following will be offered in this order of preference:

01 Repair — the item is repaired and returned to you, typically within 30 days of receipt.
02 Replacement — if repair is not possible, a similar item or one of equal value will be offered as a replacement.
03 Refund or store credit — if neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Outside the European Union

Customers outside the EU are fully covered by this warranty. However, before sending anything back, please contact info@oldcamsbyjens.com to receive detailed return and customs instructions.

Returns sent without prior confirmation, or with incorrect customs labelling, may face delays or additional charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Always contact me first.
