What Is Covered
- Mechanical and electronic malfunctions occurring under normal use.
- Hidden defects not disclosed at the time of purchase.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by the user, including water damage, drops, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic issues and normal wear and tear.
How to File a Claim

Wait for Confirmation: We will reply with instructions and shipping details. Please do not send the product back until you receive these.

Shipping Costs:
- If your warranty claim occurs within 30 days of delivery, we cover inbound shipping costs.
- If your warranty claim occurs after 30 days, you are responsible for shipping costs to us.
We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Resolution Steps

International Customers (Outside EU)
- Clearly mark the package as “Returned for Repairs” to avoid unnecessary import charges or delays.
- Any charges incurred due to incorrect labeling or customs declarations will be the customer’s responsibility.
